Well, this past weekend was a weekend of firsts. I rented my first piece of photography equipment (a couple of pieces actually). I worked for the first time side-by-side with my wife, Bethany. And more importantly to some, I shot (with the help of Bethany) my first wedding.
Jed and Oleva were wonderful to work with. They were a lovely couple with a lot of character. I think it shows through in their photographs.
The whole wedding party was great to work with. They have senses of humor that helped ease the draining atmosphere that a wedding can potentially be. The families were also easy to work with. With a few minor bumps along the road, this was a blessing from God. The wedding was short, beautiful, and fit Jed and Oleva well. Here are some more pictures from the wedding. Enjoy.
